Usage instructions:
- After having removed make-up from the face and eyes using the Make-Up Removing Cream or the make-up removing micellar water, rinse the face with warm or cold water then dab the skin delicately with a cotton-wool pad generously soaked in Mattifying Balancing Lotion.
